  1. Web Version - Merchants

    I have tried multiple times cleaning up duplicate merchants (on the Web version) but as soon as the data syncs with my phone any updates I make are lost. If Merchant data is updated, all receipts linked to that merchant should update. Main updates are spelling mistakes, when I correct it I end up with two merchants.

  2. Please change USA date format

    The date format is showing in the saved listing the month before the day. This is not a USA standard. Please change.

  3. Improve moveability when editing categories

    Allow drag and drop when adding/moving categories to make it faster to reorganize them.

  5. Merge 2 transactions into 1.

    Merge transactions. Many times both bank and receipt are entered separately, yet they are the same transaction.
    Bank uploaded via CSV. Receipt scanned in by photos at 2 different times.

  7. Add "pages to display" to the Receipts page

    Currently it appears impossible to bulk edit more than the 10 items that are displayed on the Receipts page.

    Adding a "pages to display" option for the Receipts page would allow you to increase the (currently limited) number of receipts you can act on at once.

    There should be a report or dashboard total which indicates how much tax i paid for week , monthly or yearly

  10. Account Type : wallet

    Now a days every site has there own wallet
    But I can't find account type wallet
    I can use debit card or saving or something else..
    But it won't look apt
    If I am able to see all my wallets in a single platform I can use them effectively.
    In few transactions through these wallets we also get cash back, it would be good to see if we have an option cash back and when it reflect in the wallet instead of updating it as an income.

    Finally a logo of wallet in account type will make it complete :)

  12. Using SMS data to capture

    It would be great if the App could read the SMS that comes in and automatically capture the details based on the data.
    Eg. If I have the following SMS
    "Dear Customer, you made a Purchase of ZAR 26.25 at Uber BV, help.uber.com using card: 9999. Avl. limit USDxxxxx"

    It should read the currency, value, vendor and card and based on basic rules, create the transaction. In this example, I would map Uber to Transport category, have a card number 9999. The date would be when the SMS came in.

  13. Undo Option

    I recently attempted to delete duplicate information. It prompted me to delete this one or all. I selected "all" since I wanted to eliminate the duplicate information that was on a reoccurring intervals. Well, needless to say, I clicked delete all assuming it would delete just the duplicate information but it deleted all the information (duplicate and correct one). It would be nice to have an undo option for mishaps such as described above.

    Those of us that have setup "Merchant" records associating the merchant with an expense account will find that these records are not synced.

  15. Quick fix on return timeline

    I have some merchants with over 120 day return, like bed bath and beyond. Can you make 365 happen? Or even a custom enter field?

  16. Cash purchases

    I would like a way to designate and categorize cash purchases that will not affect my balance total. For example, if I withdraw $20 from an ATM and several days later I use part of it for coffee and later groceries etc.. I want to be able to enter and categorize those purchases but be able to either attach it to the ATM withdrawal or select some option that says if came from the ATM withdrawal already recorded so the transaction doesn't count twice. I hope that made sense.

    Need a cumulative yearly budget too (cumulative of all months to date) so you can quickly see how you are doing on the categories from the beginning of the year

  19. Hold and Drag

    Would it be possible to have a ‘hold and drag to reorder’ function with this app? I know we can sort by date entered, amount, etc but sometimes we may forget to add one in and would be nice if it could be put in the same order as it appears on our bank statements rather than redoing. Thank you!
