Improve moveability when editing categories

Allow drag and drop when adding/moving categories to make it faster to reorganize them.

    True, it is a royal pain in the ass to reorganize the category list. Ergonomically, a new category I create should at least appear AT THE TOP of the cat list, not the bottom!
