Add "pages to display" to the Receipts page

Currently it appears impossible to bulk edit more than the 10 items that are displayed on the Receipts page.

Adding a "pages to display" option for the Receipts page would allow you to increase the (currently limited) number of receipts you can act on at once.

    I think we would all agree that this feature would be extremely useful to all. I am hoping that this idea would be adopted by the developers, as the voting system does not seem to advance or distance this issue at all.
