    Sorry for the issue. Currently to submit the first ticket, you need to register an account with uservoice and go through the survey (skip it). After the first ticket submitted, you can simply reply the ticket to communicate with Foreceipt support. We are working on to make the ticket submission easier. For now, can you please simply send your question to support@foreceipt.com. Than you!

    Sorry, we found that your payment need additional verification per your selection or your bank setting. Stripe will notify you at the billing email when the deposits are expected to arrive. The email includes a link to a Stripe-hosted verification page where you can confirm the amounts of the deposits and complete verification.

    Sorry, we found that your bank or credit card need additional approval to get the payment through. Our payment vendor Stripe should send you a billing email in 1-2 business days. The email includes a link to a Stripe-hosted verification page where you can confirm the amounts of the deposits and complete verification. Once this step is done, the subscription will be created.     Do you know you could easily switch to another account from Foreceipt? For instance, you could create multiple Google accounts for each business, and then switch the account to log receipts separately from "Receipts" screen.

    Hi Everyone,

    We recently added a function to allow you to upload bank or credit card transactions in csv file format to Foreceipt, then you can pick some of them to convert into Foreceipt expenses or incomes.

    You may visit the following FAQ to find more about it:
    help.foreceipt.com/knowledgebase/articles/1..

    Hopefully this is one step forward. In the future, we may provide function to link to bank credit/debit cards directly.

    Did you know that you could tap on "Calendar" button at the top & right corner and then set "Custom Date" to list all the receipts from past 3 months or 6 months?

    currently you could have everyone to share their account to one central person, the central person should be able to view all of the individual receipts from our web... however we are working on the team model , it will make this process much better, please stay tuned.

    currently if a smaller PDF file size will be sent by email (native mail app), otherwise it will be saved to your Google drive, do u want to save the PDF directly to your drive all the time?

    Hmm, when you go to "Receipts" screen and tap on "Calendar" button at the top & left corner to set the time frame, please choose "Custom Date" to choose the exactly time (say the whole fiscal year), then you should be able to view all the receipts for the whole fiscal year and then export the reports

    Is this function good enough for this purpose?

    Hi Christina,

    App is actually organizing receipts based on 'receipt date", not the created date! The sorted by "created date" is only a sort option and will only display all the receipts based on 'receipt date' from current time frame (you could change the time frame from 'Calendar" button on "receipts" screen) If you search receipts based on "Receipt Date", you should be able to find it all the time. But you should make sure you have set the time frame properly first. For instance, if you want to find a receipt in July 2017, you have to change the time frame to "July 2017" from calendar button (top & left corner)

    If you go to "Budget" screen and tap on "Calendar" button to set the month as "All", the app will turn your monthly budget to a yearly budget, is this something you are looking for?

    If you change your default language to your local language, say in French... your decimal point should be changed to "," when entering the amount.
