    I have had an email from you saying that my subscription has been cancelled. I haven't cancelled my subscription. i have though just updated my payment details. Can you please reinstate my subscription as per the old subscription I was using. Thankyou,

    I have been told that my subscription has been cancelled. I havent cancelled it and now i find i cant email or contact foreceipt for support. how can i email you? you "contact support" button doesnt work. it just keeps kicking me towards giving feedback.
