  2. Auto fill

    hi I just bought the one year subscription. i'm wondering why the auto filling is not working when I take a picture of the receipt. ‏other apps like "itemize" after scanning(take a picture) of the receipt fill the date I and price which is really helpful and even have a logo of the merchandise . I talked because I got the three version is not working but no I have upgraded my account and I cannot use this feature. i'm wondering if you have this feature at all. Thanks

  3. Can't renew even after upgrading

  4. Tally of Tax collected and paid on expenses section

    It'd be great if you could incorporate a running total of the taxes paid on business expenses throughout the year. As a Canadian small business owner I have to collect tax from customers (13% HST), but also have to keep track of the HST I pay for business expenses, which I get to deduct (called Input Tax Credits) from the total of all tax collected before remitting it to the government. The option already exists to specify the taxes separate from the income entered, but doesn't have a total at the end of the year anywhere that I can find.…

  5. Export Tax Value Category

    I am missing the tax value data in the exported reports. It does not show whether the tax-rate of an item is 7% or 19%. It would be great to see this listed in the reports as well.

  7. Category updates in real-time across devices

    Hello. I have Foreceipt on 2 devices linked to the same GMAIL account (so all the receipts are the same) and new receipts update in real-time on both devices. However, when I create a new category in Expense or Income, those changes don't show up in the other device unless I completely log out of Foreceipt (not just close the app). They only appear after I log back in.

    Is there a way for those new categories to refresh across my devices without logging out? It's not a major issue, but it would be nice.

  8. Import Receipt from Gmail

    I would like to be able to import a receipt from Gmail. I understand there is currently the ability to create bill from Gmail already. However, this process creates a new bill, which is fine unless you already have the bill created then there is no way to attach the email receipt to the existing bill.

  10. Default the Account based on the merchant

    Currently, only category gets defaulted based on the merchant selected. On similar lines if we can have the option to default the account also on the basis of merchant it would come in handy. Thanks

  11. Splitting Receipts

    I would like to see the full value of the original receipt in my csv report because that is what I am going to compare to my credit card statement each month. I often have a need to split a receipt into a couple different categories. I would like to see possibly a split in columns on the report for the splits I enter instead of individual line items. This would allow for a full receipt column total and other columns (like we current split taxes and other) to show other categories. I realize this becomes a challenge when indicating…

  12. User Manual

    Would love a user manual that explains how to use each field as it was designed. I love to learn all aspects of the software I use to ensure I am utilizing it to the fullest extent.

  13. Recently used currency selection

    It would be great for the currency format of recently used currencies pre- shortlisted at the top of the currency list. So you don't have to search for them each time.

  16. Place custom & frequent tags at top

    When I set up categories, it's frustrating having to go to the bottom every time

    Perhaps list those used or common at top and option to expand to see all others.

  17. Receipt attachment types

    Here we can attach a receipt only in image formate. But many of our receipts are in pdf format.
    It would be great, if it can also load many other formats and also can try, to convert them into image format also helps.
