    US format *is* month before day. I only see the standard YYYY-MM-DD; which is normal too.

    You can make more. That said, we really do need to be able to hide - or at least re-order, so they're at the bottom. I too use different categories.

    FYI I've worked around this by using Tags. You can run reports and filter by tags. Of course, it'd be ideal to have accounts, but it's worked well for me, in lieu
