  1. Don’t bother listing accounts you can’t view

    I love everything about this app in how it helps you log, view and categorize everything to do with your checking account. But I truly do not understand why you list accounts that you can transfer or deposit money into - like Savings - but you cannot access that Savings account to see activity, balance etc. You can only view you activity and balances in your “checking” account. Apparently, when you log deposits or transfers Into your savings account in Foreceipt, the activity just goes out into thin air. So why bother allowing the function?   2. Automated calculation of Budgets

    In addition to support the idea of easier access and greater focus on current account balances and net worth, I would suggest allowing budgets to be automatically calculated based off of a percentage of average or projected income each month. So for example. I make $XXXX per month on average of income from salaries (Or input the amount). Subtract out all FIXED budget amounts such as Bills and loan payments. I would like my food budget to be 50% of the remaining amount. I would like my savings budget to be 10%. I would like my Shopping budget to be…

  3. Show total amount and tax amount for items processed via email.

    The processing via email often fails, showing a blank pdf in the web portal. But the confirmation email sent says processing was successful. If you could include the total amount and the tax amount in the confirmation email, I can quickly determine whether processing was indeed successful or wether I need to delete and manually take a picture of the digital receipt.

  4. Add a SEARCH BAR to search merchant names when filtering receipts

    So there are times when I want to search all receipts from a certain merchant. When I search receipts and filter by merchant, the list of names appears, but I have to scroll down to find the name. I have hundreds of merchants in there. It would be cool to have a search bar at the top so I could just type in a merchant name. Sometimes I need to quickly show my wife how much she is spending at Starbucks. Thanks! Great app!

  5. reoccuring

    Recurring on mobile app, would be awesome! and a way to slightly alter it without affecting other amounts. I am hourly employed, so it's nice to have my expected income, and then adjust as it happens. Same for utility bills, and those types of expected income/expenses.

  7. Report including totals by accounts

    I would really like to have a spreadsheet in the expense report workbook that displays the totals by Accounts just like on the website. All I see is totals by categories. Please let me know if your team is able to make the update on the expense report. Thank you

  9. Return account manual change option

    Hi, some times the purchase could be Card or some account & the return could be in cash or other. Can you think about any option to record the return on different account?.

  10. Include the recorded distance with the reports along with the other expenses.

  12. Business vs Personal. Recurring income/expenses function

    1. Being able to set up two profiles within the app. For example, I own my own business & would like to be able to enter both personal & business receipts but view personal & business stats/reports separate from each other.

    2. Function to set income/expenses as recurring (ie monthly etc) instead having to enter income or certain expenses every single month.

  13. Individual Monthly Budgets

    It would be great if each month’s budget amounts would carry over but when I change those amounts for the next month it wouldn’t change for the previous month. For example, April’s budget is going to be slightly different than March’s budget, but as I go in to make those slight adjustments for April it changes for March as well. It would be nice if that didn’t happen so then I could go back and see how well I did in previous months at sticking to certain budget amounts.

    Are there any instruction videos for this app?
    I wasn’t able to find any. For such a powerful app that can do so much, a few videos can remove people from leaving frustrated and wanting to quit using the app

    Currently, when I open the app on my iPad the app orientation will not turn to the landscape view. Very annoying.

  16. Create PDF export report with full resolution (rather than just thumbnails) of receipts

    Create PDF export report with full resolution (rather than just thumbnails) of receipts. Or, better yet, let me choose the resolution of the receipts (small, medium, large, actual) with an updated preview of resultant size of the report prior to selection based on the size I choose (just like when sending photos via email). This a critical piece of functionality that is missing for me. Right now, I have to create my own report for my accounting dept by exporting and then copying and pasting every scan of every receipt into a PDF. PLEASE make this change!

  18. Be able to see Sub-Category amounts in Category view

    A lot of wasted space in the Dashboard -> Category tab. Would like be able to see a further summarized amount of the sub-categories

    ie. Where it shows the pie chart and the Category summaries... I have a shopping Category with sub-categories of Equipment, Expendables, Gifts, etc... it'd be really helpful to see a breakdown of each.

    I believe the only weird work around is only available on iOS under a Budget tab...

  19. Ability to Validate Emailed Receipts in Mobile App

    It would be great to be able to review and validate emailed receipts inside of the mobile app. Often when submitting receipts I don’t have access to a computer because I an travelling. Would be better to be able to deal with everything in one place.

    Alternatively, update the web interface for validating receipts so that it is more functional/ usable on a mobile device.
