Budget carry over
I would like to be able to carry over my budget from month to month. So if I spent less one month the remaining amount in my budget would carry over to the next month. Or if I went over budget that deficit would also carry over to the next month.

I would like the feature of having a yearly budget also. I have certain expenses like insurance etc which I need to make only once in a year. But it's difficult to put them under monthly budget. I would like the carry forward of budget as well.
