How do i change my password? I am logged in but the iOS app will not accept my password and I get this message "the password is invalid or the user does not have a password".

On the web version I tried to send an email to support -I was asked to login before doing so (even though I was and am logged in on the web version) I entered in my details and again got a message saying my login info was not correct -sorry i can't remember that exact message). SO -> I then clicked "forgot password" in that form. I was sent an email to change my password. When i clicked the link in the email -a modal window appeared to say I WAS LOGGED IN. So I am stuck in a loop.

In the web version I cannot find anywhere to CHANGE MY PASSWORD. I cannot contact your support due to the requirement to log in first, the system thinks I am logged in on the web version, your app is telling me my log in deets are incorrect so I cannot use the app, and I cannot change my password. I am stuck please help :)
