Correctly identity your clients from paid subscribers to free trials
As stated I am a monthly subscriber, yet your app each month tells me my free trial has run out. When in fact I am a google play client.
I am curious if this is the reason it appears that some of my scanned receipts selectively disappear??
How frustrating it is to think you have a scanned receipts only to discover that is not the case...To compound the problem all scanned receipts are thrown into a shoebox for storage willy nilly, so without downloading what your system has stored and verifying each receipt individually I have no other ideas..
I am a subscriber to your service as I expected simplicity and ease of use and confidence that once a document was scanned it was stored.
Please advise as to your solution to my two problems.
