Says no internet connection

Just got the app for iPhone 6s. Impressed with ocr. App says no internet connection repeatedly,but I am my home WiFi with verified internet access. Is there something I’m missing?

Same problem here - have logged out and logged back in as suggested - files upload at the beginning but then begins giving the “no internet” message again.
