I can see the receipts on the app, but there are none on the website. What is going on?

Where is the answers to all the people are complaining about lost receipts how many times dose have tocomplain before you do something about it

All my receipts vanished. I cannot return anything

App isn't worth the 10.00 per year as it totally leaves you hanging and scrambling to meet deadlines when the receipts all disappear! I had not updates or anything to explain this glitch. I went through all the instructions to see if it was something I was doing wrong... I am going to Apple to get my money back.

Same. I’m logging in with the correct account but everything is gone. It also says I’m on a 14 day free trial even though they keep charging me.

I just lost all my March 2018 and February 2018 receipts! As soon as I add one in, it disappears. I looked at the dashboard for February to check on something and they all disappeared as well.

This does not work. Both the gmail account and the account logged into are the same and still no receipts can be seen for 2016. Can you provide more information ? It's tax time and if I have to go and enter all the receipts by hand again it will take me days. I thought this app would help to reduce and manage the receipts easier.

Please make sure you have signed into the correct Google Account!!!
