Managing folders on Google Drive
The software I great.
Many users like myself use it for personal and business as well.
My company requires that I file every month my CC expenses and provide a digital copy of my receipts.
The way the app works today, it saves all images of receipts into the folder associated with the month in which repurchase was made. The problem I have, there is no way for me to easily separate the personal receipts from my business receipts.
One solution would be to name the saved images by the name of the account say "CASHxxxxxx" or "CREDITxxxxx".
This way I can easily extract the ones I need.
Furthermore would be really nice if each recorded transaction would get a transaction ID (which by the way it does get but is not listed for the user to see) and if the CSV would contain this ID. Same ID would then be also introduced in the file name of the picture uploaded, say "CASHtransactionIDxxxxx
In my case I need to upload the copy of my receipts to my CC website. For that I need to easily correlate the transaction and the porcine name.
Thanks guys keep up the good work.

Hi Iulian,
You could easily separate business/personal receipts :) When adding a new receipt, please set "Business" option as TRUE, then when exporting PDF file with images, you could set the filter to show "Business" receipts only. Say you want to export business receipts in February 2016, please go to "Receipts" screen and set the time frame to "February 2016" and then tap on "Filter" button to set the "Type" filter as "For Business" only, then app will show all the business receipts for this month. After that you could export the receipts for business only.
Hope this helps!
Cheers,
John
