  5. allow for easy viewing and zooming of attachments

    I am learning the platform, which is definitely choppy all around. When I want to look at a receipt attachment, I have to hit "edit" which is silly. I should be able to click on an item and see a preview. So, I hit edit and have to strain my eyes, hit + on my keyboard 6 times, copy and paste into sticky notes or find the file otherwise to see any information.

  6. Allow for bulk receipt upload from the desktop.

    I find it easiest to do the main data entry from my desktop. I tried to email a batch of income receipts in, and NONE of the income amounts were populated. Not sure what that's about. A lot more data entry for me. So I thought I'll upload them on the platform itself. Nope.

    In Wave, you were able to use the platform to upload a bunch of receipts at once, and it would process it the same as mobile or email. It's actually confusing why this isn't a thing.

    Currently it appears impossible to bulk edit more than the 10 items that are displayed on the Receipts page.

    Currently when I am late with record keeping, I constantly need to change the dates. U can imagine the later I am the more I need to “scroll back”. If we remember the last entry date, it will help with my use case.

  16. Calculate Discounts on Receipts

    I have a Walmart Discount applied to all my Walmart Receipts, which is what I need to use this app for the most and I would like to be able to somehow calculate that into the receipt when I split up the line items on the receipt. When I do the split, the items are listed at their full price and that throws an error about the totals not matching. The discount cuts the subtotal at the end of the receipt.

    Perhaps letting me enter a negative number into an extra Split line item that I can label as Discounts…

  17. For splits, bring back allowing to differentiate between both 'business' and 'personal' on the same receipt.

    Splits used to work so much better as I have business expenses and personal things on the same receipt often as a small business owner. The computer version of splitting has limited ability and the app worked far better for this but now one can't do it at all. Please correct this!!!

  20. OCR vs manual entries

    Before the update transition I was able to add manual entry after reaching the 100 ocr limit. Apparently since this transition we now only have 100 total entries then the system lock with a limit warning message that try again next month. I feel if I am paying for a service I don’t need to be locked out because I reach a limit and you do not provide an option to upgrade subscriptions. Guess I’ll be looking for another platform. This behavior is not in the fine print.
