Color Schemes
Love the app but really wish I could change the color schemes. I’m more of a gray tone guy and don’t like all the pea soup greens and yellows and what not all over. Would make it much cleaner looking if you could change colors.

Deleting scanned pics
I wonder if there should be a confirmation window when you delete a scanned picture of a receipt. I know if you have the check but it won't be deleted but you never know.

Adding new category
I think it would really help if new category could be add directly from the new recipes window...

Hold and Drag
Would it be possible to have a ‘hold and drag to reorder’ function with this app? I know we can sort by date entered, amount, etc but sometimes we may forget to add one in and would be nice if it could be put in the same order as it appears on our bank statements rather than redoing. Thank you!

Duplicate entries
Could we get pop up or something to alert us when we make a duplicate entry? Keep having this issue.

Business year
Would be good to see a business year (user defined year) income and expenses, not just a calendar year.

Allow activity that won't apply to budget
Allow users to select if a transaction won't apply to the budget.
For example, you may have a savings account and you don't want transactions withdrawn from this account to show up in your budget.
Also great for petty cash accounting.

Yearly budget
Need a cumulative yearly budget too (cumulative of all months to date) so you can quickly see how you are doing on the categories from the beginning of the year

Export Bill Number
Right now the exported reports do not include the Bill Number. This info/feature is crucial for annual tax declarations.

Use iCloud as storage solution
It would be nice to have multiple storage location, such as iCloud Drive and OneDrive. This is the only application that I used that force me to use Google Services.

Allow viewers to assign different categories to the same merchant
I love that app would suggest previously entered merchants when typing and allow us to select one, but why not let it remember different categories that we have selected for the same merchant? Maybe just the most recent three? We might go to the same merchant for different products that would fall under different categories.

Tax calculation using total amount.
Have the option to Calculate your GST based on total amount after tax. As i have to manually calculate the amount before tax then press the 10% GST button. It would be good to enter total amount and then press GST and it calculates pre tax amount and tax amount.

Sorting by Created Date
When sorted by Created Date, the Created Date should appear somewhere in the cell.

Mobile Bulk Receipt Entering
For users entering receipts in bulk, you should allow most of the values to be preselected (i.e. For Business flag, etc..). The app should also pre-populate (in gray italicize font) each field with the last value entered for that field (except amount).

Business Name Alias
Is it possible to have the application change the case of business name scanned from all caps to capitalize. Or have a way when a business name is scanned it will be inserted as a different name. I.e. www.gometro.com -> Metro Cafe. So, that a user don’t have to manually change every time a receipt is scanned.

Photo Editing Receipts
The photo editing feature should be similar to Apple’s built-in photo (rotation and cropping) or at least provide an option. The app only allows rotation of 90% to the left or right. You usually need to rotate a few degrees to the left or right to level the receipt. Cropping should keep the line parallel to the opposite side. Because of this, it's more efficient to take a picture with the camera App, edit (crop and rotate) and then use the “Choose Picture” option. It would be nice to have this built-in.

Suggestion
I'd love to be able to import my receipts into tax software such as Turbo Tax, H&R Block, etc. it would make things so much easier at tax time.

Change Order of Receipts
I'd like to be able to change the order of the receipts after I've input them. Ex. I've added my lunch receipt after the dinner one but I'd like to move the lunch one in chronological order
