    I think that it would be very convenient for it to have a memory so as you create tags, there is a list that you can choose from for new entries.

  2. Mileage

    It would be great to have an easy mileage tracker. Ideally you could put in the two addresses, or enter straight distance, adjust reimbursement rate, log tolls, and parking costs.

  3. Totals at the bottom of the pages

    It would be great if it provides the total when you pull up the page. For example when you open the monthly spending, it would provide the month's total at the bottom, or if pulling today's spending, it would also provide a total of today's at the bottom of the page.

  4. Few add-ons would be handy

    Add income and savings icon for each month...savings can also be added on monthly basis...reminders for regular bills to be paid...

  5. Automatic scan of images of receipt

    It would be great if the app automatically scans and enters the information from the image of the receipt similar to how other apps like Receiptpal does it. This way it saves time to individually manually enter a bunch of receipts. Also a way to download receipts of online purchases and the info would be automatically entered from the info on the receipt.

  6. Provide an option for "Custom Dates"for Monthly reports(many accounts closing date mid month)

    Give us an option with custom "Start Date" & "End Date".
    This would give more flexibility to matching transactions for reconciliation of accounts!

  8. Reports

    I would like to see when exporting reports that you would be able to just export the fields that you want preferably into a PDF format not just a CSV.
    Would also be nice if they would have a total sum at the end of the report.

    We have implemented a powerful excel report function on the web version at https://www.foreceipt.com. The excel report includes pie chart summary, summary by category/subcategory/month, receipt list with URL to open the receipt image(s).

  9. Pie charts or graphic representation of expenses

    I'd suggest making a graphic visual for different categories of expenses per day, week, month and year.

    In both the app and web version, you can already see the pie chart category summary for each selected month or year.

    In our Excel report, you can also get pie chart category summary. Please check the below FAQ to find more details about the Excel report function:

  13. Returned by cash

    How do you account such transactions, when you share the restaurant bill with friends, you pay by card and friends return you cash? I still have to record amount paid by credit card in full, to be able to reconcile bank statement in the end of the month, but how do I record cash (received from friends) to reduce my expense?

    I didn't get what is the Bill option on the dashboard. How does it work? I were not able to add any Bill. It would be great if it would be possible to track payables as well. Thank you

  17. Photo storage

    It would be great if the photo's taken of your receipts did not have to be saved on your iPhone. I know many people (including myself) have limited storage on their phone and don't want to use up their photo storage for receipt images. If the photos were sent directly to Google Drive, that would solve the issue. Or at least give the user the option of saving them locally on their phone or just sending them to their Google drive.

  18. Summaries for each expense type, not only for the whole category

    It would be great if you could see sums as well for each Expense Type, not only by the whole Category. Example, we can see how much is total Transport expenses, but no totals for sub accounts like Taxi, Public transport, Petrol..

    I didn't find this option. You can see total by category only. If you filter by category, you get list of Receipts, but no summaries by each expense type (Public Transport, Taxi, Petrol).
