  1. Upgrade membership and downgrade membership

    Hey Foreceipt Team,

    For folks with business plan, is there an option for them to downgrade to individual plan? Currently it cannot be self-processed at website.

  2. Merge 2 transactions into 1.

    Merge transactions. Many times both bank and receipt are entered separately, yet they are the same transaction.
    Bank uploaded via CSV. Receipt scanned in by photos at 2 different times.

  3. Remove unused currencies

    ability to hide or remove none needed currencies.

    We only need to use 3 currencies for our set up, and want to hide all the others.
    The list is very long when switching to the correct currency of that transaction

    there is no proper feedback link or contact us page to request for support. you can also use one of the ticketing systems to improve support for paid subscribers.

  7. Debt or

    So before this transformation took place I personalized the financial categories and be adding debts with credit cards and loans. After the transformation those categories were removed and now my data is scrambled. Also, I just tried adding credit card to the bills and utilities categories and when I select it and save it saves as mobile phone. Can you either add debt or credit card category please so I can at least try and reorganize my data again? Thanks

  8. XLS Download File naming scheme - Too many same filenames to sort through.

    XLS Download File naming scheme.
    All the files have the same name.
    Why not save the XLS file the same name as the query title and append a date time stamp to the end.

    It'll be easier to manage once they are downloaded to our computers.

  10. Budgeting against Categories

    Would be great to be able to budget against a pre-set amount, down to each category.

    Awesome to even have a visual report for each category against a pre-set budget amount, to see exactly how much cash is available for a group of categories (groceries, utilities etc).

  13. cant calculate the 15% tax correctly

    either i am not sure what is wrong or the system is not calculating it correctly. But that is quite important that if the total amount is captured and if it is including VAT it should pickup correctly or if not it should calculate it if checked. on my account it is not happening

  14. Improve CSV import to address when ($) is used to indicate expense vs income

    I just signed up via invite to trial the paid features, and I will not be able to choose Foreceipt due to not being able to correctly import a csv without massive effort. My bank uses one column for money in and money out. It does not use a negative sign to indicate spending. It uses parenthesis to indicate a negative value. There is no easy work around I see without a ton of effort. This feature would need to be smart enough to understand difference in the appearance of values, not just look for a "-" sign to work.…

  15. Enable drag and drop importing of receipts on the web app.

    I would undoubtedly switch to Foreceipt if I could upload my scanned PDF receipts to the web app via either an upload button or drag and drop.

  20. Please allow consumer to edit the IRS categories

    I won't use your product because I can't edit or hide the IRS categories. I don't need all of these categories which makes this app clunky. Also, for my business, I need to be able to sub-categorize things within certain categories. You should have an option to edit these categories and then an option to "revert to original categories" but people should be able to edit or at least hide the preloaded IRS categories
