  4. More than 1 account for a given receipt.

    It would be great, a possibility to add more than one account for a given receipt. Say I'm buying something and splitting the amount on a few credit cards, or cash and a debit card etc.

  5. Change Order of Receipts

    I'd like to be able to change the order of the receipts after I've input them. Ex. I've added my lunch receipt after the dinner one but I'd like to move the lunch one in chronological order

  6. Allow tagging in splits.

    Right now you can only tag before you split an expense. It would be more useful to assign or adjust after splitting.

  7. Change income / expense subcategory to category

    Currently it is not possible to move a created sub category out from under category - would be useful when you realize you want to make it its own category. Deleting and recreating delete associated incomes / expenses? Can't risk trying

  9. Allow viewers to assign different categories to the same merchant

    I love that app would suggest previously entered merchants when typing and allow us to select one, but why not let it remember different categories that we have selected for the same merchant? Maybe just the most recent three? We might go to the same merchant for different products that would fall under different categories.

  11. Show expense category on scanned receipt

    Hello - we are brand new users and thus far love what we see. My husband will take pictures of receipts and much of the time the default category is fine, but one can not see what the default category is for a newly scanned receipt without having to go to the receipt detail screen. If the default category would show with the vendor name, amount and date, then if the default is good, no further clicks are needed. It will also remind him to change it to the right category if it needs changing (now it is too easy…

  12. Bill Due Date

    The Due date needs to be same every month. The due date needs to be able to adjust every month. A bill is due on the due date not the day the bill was created. For some reason all my bills seem to be due the day i created them every month not the day i set for the bill to be due.

  13. Color coding

    It would be great if the income (actual amount) showed up green and any debits showed up red or black, so that you can tell at a glance what type of transaction you are looking at. Or make the color customizable.

  14. Remove unused currencies

    ability to hide or remove none needed currencies.

    We only need to use 3 currencies for our set up, and want to hide all the others.
    The list is very long when switching to the correct currency of that transaction

  15. Add category on the fly

    I found out that some category appear as I purchase things, but I have to add cat before the receipt. Being able to add cat on the fly ease the input.

  17. Being able to put receipts in folder

    It would be great to be able to have receipts in a file so I can split up the job.
    For example

    Job 1 I spend X amount of dollars on material

    Job 2 spend XX amount of dollars on material

  18. Refund to original category

    Currently it seems when you generate a refund it does not apply back to the original category. Instead, it goes into a general income category. For budgeting purposes it would be best if the refund was applied directly to the original category. For example if I spend $300 in auto/transport out of a budget of $500 and I return $100 it should show that the auto/transport budget has $100 added back to the budget amount. So instead of $20 remaining I really have $300 remaining.
