Cash purchases
I would like a way to designate and categorize cash purchases that will not affect my balance total. For example, if I withdraw $20 from an ATM and several days later I use part of it for coffee and later groceries etc.. I want to be able to enter and categorize those purchases but be able to either attach it to the ATM withdrawal or select some option that says if came from the ATM withdrawal already recorded so the transaction doesn't count twice. I hope that made sense.

Suggestion
I'd love to be able to import my receipts into tax software such as Turbo Tax, H&R Block, etc. it would make things so much easier at tax time.

1-800 Customer Service
As a 4.8 star software application selling to Apple Store, a big company like this should have a 1-800 customer service to help customers like me who accidentally deleted my file and need an immediate assistance to retrieve my data :(

Business Name Alias
Is it possible to have the application change the case of business name scanned from all caps to capitalize. Or have a way when a business name is scanned it will be inserted as a different name. I.e. www.gometro.com -> Metro Cafe. So, that a user don’t have to manually change every time a receipt is scanned.

More than 1 account for a given receipt.
It would be great, a possibility to add more than one account for a given receipt. Say I'm buying something and splitting the amount on a few credit cards, or cash and a debit card etc.

Simpler access to account balances
To view actual account balances you currently have to go to more --> accounts. It would be awesome if there was a screen in the dashboard that would list them for the user!

IPad version
I am able to use my iPad with the iPhone version but I have to take it out of my case that has a Bluetooth keyboard attached so that it sits vertically. An iPad version might help this or at least the ability to use in landscape mode so it doesn't have to come out of the case. This is not a critical but nice to have feature. Would not stop me using it if it didn't happen.

Saving Images from Gmail
I'm wondering if we can save the content and images of our Gmail receipt along with the data we enter and if so how to do it? I can import my whole email (gmail) but not individual ones either.

Hi Everyone,
We recently added a function to allow you to upload bank or credit card transactions in csv file format to Foreceipt, then you can pick some of them to convert into Foreceipt expenses or incomes.

Magnification of crop corners
I’ve used a scanning app in the past called Genius Scan. When you crop images it brings up a magnifying glass bubble showing up close the corner you are cropping. Otherwise you can't really tell where the corner is because it's under your finger. It would be a great addition to this wonderful app!!

Import receipt image from Google Drive
I have receipts previously scanned into my linked Google Drive account.
It would be very helpful if the app could "add receipt" with the option of downloading an image (scanned receipt) from a linked Google Drive, Dropbox or other cloud service.
I like that the Foreceipt app is able to link and download emailed receipts. The ability to import scanned receipts from my cloud account would be awesome.

Allow tagging in splits.
Right now you can only tag before you split an expense. It would be more useful to assign or adjust after splitting.

Display Contents Of Notes For Each Entry In Receipts Tab
In the "Receipts" screen (My Receipts), it would be nice if we could see the first few words of the "Notes" field for every entry there. The notes could be displayed in small font under the Merchant name and amount. Thanks.

Refund to original category
Currently it seems when you generate a refund it does not apply back to the original category. Instead, it goes into a general income category. For budgeting purposes it would be best if the refund was applied directly to the original category. For example if I spend $300 in auto/transport out of a budget of $500 and I return $100 it should show that the auto/transport budget has $100 added back to the budget amount. So instead of $20 remaining I really have $300 remaining.
